We want to keep our customers happy. In case you wish to exchange the products in your order with other products, for any reason apart from defective/damaged/wrong products, please drop us an email with your request at support@jewellerykraze.com
Please note that in such cases, the customers will have to bear the to and fro shipping costs.
Our policy on exchange for such reasons lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since you have received your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you any exchange.
Please keep this is in mind, before sending products back.
- The items should be unused and in its original condition.
- The packaging should have the original invoice, packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- There should not be any scratches or deformities on the surface of the product.
- Ensure that Embellishments and Sequins on the product are not damaged.
- Exchange request to be raised within 48 HOURS from the delivery date by writing an email to support@jewellerykraze.com
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
