•  We are a quality focussed firm and there are multiple levels of checks before we ship orders to the customers. All the orders are checked n tested and then packed in transparent pouches/ Potli. Then we bubble rap it n seal it with tapes. At last they are put in hardboxes for shipping. We make sure that the items does not get damaged while in transit. 

    But in case of very rare instance of items get damaged in transit, the customers claiming missing items or damaged products would have to produce an unedited unboxing video. The video should clearly show that the package is unopened from all sides and it should include the unboxing of the package. Once we verify the video and is approved, we will provide you store credit for same amount.

    Customer are requested to WhatsApp us at 7658023378 along with your order number within 24 hours. 

    No damaged or missing items claims would be entertained without the correct opening parcel video.

We totally understand that it’s highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don’t like waiting. 

  • It usually takes us up to 2-4 days to process the orders received from our customers. 
  • Dispatch times for customised products would be longer.
  • Once the order is gone through quality check, we pack it and handover to our shipping partner.  our shipping partner may take up to 3-5 working days to deliver your order, depending on the delivery address. 
  • Please note that delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. Jewellery Kraze is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier services, however, we will be happy to help you track down the shipment.
  • You will be notified when your order  is out for delivery in your local area.
  • We want to keep our customers happy. In case you wish to exchange the products in your order with other products, for any reason apart from defective/damaged/wrong products, please drop us an email with your request at support@jewellerykraze.com

    Please note that in such cases, the customers will have to bear the to and fro shipping costs. 

    Our policy on exchange for such reasons lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since you have received your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you any exchange.  

         Please keep this is in mind, before sending products back.

    • The items should be unused and in its original condition.
    • The packaging should have the original invoice, packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
    • There should not be any scratches or deformities on the surface of the product.
    • Ensure that Embellishments and Sequins on the product are not damaged.
    • Exchange request to be raised within 48 HOURS from the delivery date by writing an email to support@jewellerykraze.com
    • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

In case you change your mind and want to cancel the order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by writing an email (with order details) to support@jewellerykraze.com  requesting a cancellation.

 – If we receive your cancellation request before we have dispatched your order, we will refund the entire amount within 5 working days of date of cancellation.

 – If we receive your cancellation request  AFTER your order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
